Puzzles
  • I have pieces missing from my jigsaw puzzle.

A warranty slip has been placed inside the jigsaw box listing the information required to request a replacement bag of puzzle pieces.

Every effort has been made to ensure that this puzzle leaves our factory in perfect condition. However, should you have cause to complain, kindly return this slip to the address below together with:

    • Title of the puzzle and nature of complaint.
    • Barcode number (found on the base of the puzzle starting with 501226900xxxx)
    • Name of the Retailer
    • Receipt, or if not possible, the approximate date of purchase
    • Five pieces of the puzzle

Please keep your jigsaw box. Please remember to include your name and address.

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace specific pieces as each puzzle is cut individually. Each puzzle is therefore unique and pieces in one puzzle are unlikely to fit another.

In the event of a fault, please return five pieces of the puzzle for quality control purposes. A complete set of pieces will then be sent, but please do keep your box.

Games
  • I would like extension cases for the board game 221b Baker Street.

Unfortunately the extension cases for this game were discontinued some years ago, due to lack of demand. We did want to reprint them last September. Sadly, when we started work we found the original printing films for the cards were no longer available. Unfortunately the time involved in having to retype these cases and the cost of recreating the printing films is too high to go ahead with the re-launch.
