JIGSORT™
JigSort™ is the ultimate “Management System” for jigsaws.
If you find that a jigsaw puzzle tends to take over your house, or you need to easily move a part- completed puzzle from one place to another then JigSort™ is the answer!
At the heart of the system is a SEPARATE "Jigboard™" (also available to buy seperately) on which the jigsaw is assembled. This Jigboard™ is made from rigid MDF (not soft cardboard) and is completely covered in a special soft fabric making it a joy to use.
It can be placed on any table or shiny surface with no fear of scratching. The fabric covering keeps the jigsaw pieces attached to the surface and this, combined with a raised edge around the tray, ensures that individual pieces cannot slide away and get lost!
Two “Sort trays” are also provided with the same special soft fabric on the inside. These trays are used for storing the non-assembled pieces but they can also be used for constructing small pieces of the jigsaw for later transfer to the main board. Each “Sort tray” has its own lid to keep the pieces in place when the jigsaw is not being worked upon.
The “Sort trays” are made to fit snugly on top of the “Jigboard™” and so provides a 'lid' which keeps all the jigsaw pieces firmly in place.
Both the “Jigboard™” and the "Sort trays" can then be completely zipped away inside the attractive metallic silver carrying case. This way, a partly completed jigsaw can be safely stored or moved without fear of losing your pieces!

Jigboard jigthings
JIGBOARD™

These are the same “boards” that form part of JigSorts™. They are of very rigid MDF construction (not soft cardboard) and are completely covered in a special soft fabric that makes them a joy to use.
They can be placed on any table or shiny surface without the least fear of scratching. The fabric covering keeps the jigsaw pieces “attached” to the surface. This, combined with a raised edge around the tray, ensures that individual pieces cannot slide away and get lost!
Most importantly, the boards (complete with a partly assembled puzzle) can easily be moved around from place to place in the home. At the same time they are light enough to rest on your knee or to make jigsaws whilst sitting in bed.
Other uses for the Jigboard™ include playing Patience and other solo card games.

JIGSAFE

JigSafe™ has been designed for people who want to sort and store their unassembled pieces.
Seven nesting trays of JigSafe™ enable you to keep all 1000 pieces of an unassembled jigsaw the right way up and continuously SAFE!
It also allows individual jigsaw pieces to be sorted into trays of different colours or shapes. Small sections of the jigsaw can be constructed in the trays themselves for example buildings, areas of sky etc.
Each tray comes complete with a removable cardbaord liner that makes it easy to lift up the jigsaw pieces within that tray.
When it comes to putting the jigsaw away, all the JigSafe™ trays simply nest back inside each other, retaining all the pieces the correct way up, ready for immediate use next time.
It’s quick, it’s convenient and it means no loose puzzle pieces lying around where they could easily be lost. Great for use with a Jigboard™.
Each JigSafe™ will allow you to store a 1,000 piece puzzle – if you want to do jigsaws larger than this then you can add on extra JigSafe™ indefinitely. Devote enthusiasts can even have more than one jigsaw under construction at any one time!

JIGFRAME
The best way to appreciate a completed jigsaw is to hang it on a wall. Gluing the jigsaw works, but ultimately a glued jigsaw is no longer a jigsaw that be be broken up and assembled again!
JigFrame™ allows you to hang a jigsaw on a wall, securely held in place and with a beautiful wooden picture frame surround. What’s more the design is so simple that you can take out one (non glued) jigsaw and replace it with another one in less than a minute!
The secret of the JigFrame™ lies with the hidden drawer within the frame. To insert a jigsaw, slide out the drawer, place your jigsaw on the drawer, lay the transparent acryllic sheet on top of the jigsaw and finally close the drawer again. That's it!
JigFrame™ comes in two different sizes to fit jigsaw puzzles as follows:
500 piece (As small as 480mm x 340mm and as large as 494mm x 364mm)
1,000 piece (As small as 680mm x 483mm and as large as 702mm x 510mm)
These sizes fit all the most popular makes of jigsaw.

JIGSTORE
If you hate the idea of breaking up a jigsaw after all those patient hours of putting it together then JigStore™ is the product for you.
Each JigStore™ contains 12 boards and holds up to eleven assembled jigsaws. When a jigsaw is completed it is laid on one of the boards. Each board (with a jigsaw) can then be laid on top of the other boards careting a “multi-layer sandwich” of jigsaws and boards. All the time, each individual jigsaw can be freely moved around on its own board.
To complete the “sandwich” put a spare board on top of the last jigsaw and secure together with the straps provided and storing in the box.
JigStore™ preserves your jigsaws in the assmebled jigsaws which can be transported, swapped, displayed and classified in any number of ways. Using the Jigframe™ is the perfect way to display your stored jigsaws.
